Employee is a company asset and as a determinant of the success of a company, it is impossible business strategy will be achieved without employee because of that, employee became the important thing in the company. Human resources in this case is the employee is an element of corporate investment. But the company often see this and of course only focus on the product and how to sell it to get profit <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Researchers conducted preliminary research by interviewing Human Resources and General Affairs Manager, aiming to find various factors that could influence turnover intention, with the focus on internal – organizational – factors because it is considered more easily controlled by the company. In exploring the business issue, the researcher conducted interviews to key informants (i.e. Human Resources and General Affairs Manager, Staff of Commercial Division and Former Staff of Commercial Division) with questions related to factors embedded in the MARS Model. Based on the exploration, it is understood that there is a gap between generation gen X and generation Y, which is understood as the root cause affecting turnover intention in PT XY’s West Java Office. This result was obtained by using current reality tree as the method. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The recommended solutions coming from this research are the creation of Employee Engagement Program, Leadership Program for Generation X and “Cultivate the Corporate Culture” Program for Generation Y. These proposed solutions are believed to reduce the gap between Generation X and Generation Y in order for turnover intention to decrease. <br /> text |
