Indonesia became the country with the highest economic growth in Southeast Asia. Indonesia also has the second largest car manufacturing industry in ASEAN region, after Thailand. With the development of manufacturing industry in Indonesia, gave a positive impact on the development of the national steel industry. Krakatau Steel is the largest state-owned, integrated and largest steel company in Indonesia in cooperation with Japanese company Nippon Steel Sumikin Bussan Corporation to support the steel industry in Indonesia, established PT. IndoJapan Steel Center. <br /> <br /> To follow the growing target of steel industry in Indonesia, PT. IndoJapan Steel Center, have to move rapidly and with good degree of quality, supported by competent resources and quality. To improve the performance of PT. IndoJapan Steel Center, then PT. IndoJapan Steel Center should be able to increase employee engagement. The engagement analysis is one of an instrument that can be used to measure the level of employee engagement. The analysis in this study will use the WIFI model that will show how the employees think about the Wellbeing, Information, Fairness and Involvement with the company. The use of WIFI model allows to identify what are the company strengths and weaknesses in terms of employee engagement, based on feedback from employees. This research was conducted qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative methods were in-depth interviews with selected employees, and quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to conduct surveys. The survey was designed based on the questionnaire from Sarah Cook?s using the WIFI Model. <br /> <br /> The result of the survey with some statistical test showed that in PT. IndoJapan Steel Center, the dimension that needs to be improved to increase employee engagement is the Fairness dimension. To build justice among employees and be more engage with the company is in several ways, including with induction and training and also recognition and rewards. text
