However, in its existing conditions, TMB still does not have some elements that should be exist in a BRT, that is the presence of a busway. Busway is special routes that are only intended to be passed by buses. The absence of the busway causes the bus travel time to be longer and the bus speed is lower because the bus mixes with common traffic (mixed-traffic). This condition reduces buses’ attractiveness that lead to low passenger demand, as evidenced by the load factor value of only 0.2 in 2018. To improve its service and attractiveness, the Bandung City government plans to build a bus dedicated way (busway) to reduce disruption to TMB operations. The construction of a busway needs to consider existing infrastructure condition whether it is sufficient or not. The calculation refers to the standard of the BRT Planning Guide issued by ITDP in 2016. <br /> <br /> Evaluation is carried out on the adequacy of existing infrastructure to support the implementation of busways and their supporting infrastructure, such as bus stops and pedestrian flows. From the results of the evaluation, it was found that all the roads that TMB Cibereum-Cicaheum route passed through were adequate to be applied by busway, except for Ahmad Yani and Sudirman Roads. Also carried out an evaluation of the performance of public transport and the performance of the Bandung City traffic network as a result of busway development by using EMME/4 simulation software. The results of public transport performance are increased, seen from the load factor value of 0.7 to 1.2 in 2020 after the implementation of the busway. In terms of traffic performance, there is a decrease in the average speed of the Bandung City network from 21.12 to 20.97 and an increase in VCR network value from 0.983 to 0.998 by 2020 after the implementation of the busway.<p align="justify"> <br /> text
