| Summary: | <p align="justify">Project of "Apartemen Tropis Kebon Melati" is placed on centre of Jakarta. This apartment have two towers which have 25 and 30 floors and 2 basement level 7 meter below ground level. Foundation is needed to support this apartment. The type of foundation that used in this design is bored pile foundation with raft that have area of the basement. Design of this foundation calculated manually for pile capactity and modelling by ENSOFT LPILE and GROUP program. Single pile capacity is determined first as boundary for the design of the group pile. This apartment's construction, planning of an efficient construction method is needed so the structure is built as designed. There are preparation work, soil work, and substructure work. Based on the planned method of construction, the construction cost can be calculated. <p align="justify"> |
