Now the area is used for rowing sports arenas and tourist attractions for local residents. The existence of tree stands around Situ Cipule is very useful for circulating water, air, and ambient temperatures as well as providing beauty and comfort for visitors. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct health supervision and control efforts for the trees around Situ Cipule to grow healthy and not endanger visitors. This study aims to determine the level of tree health in Situ Cipule, in relation to the role of ecosystems in environmental quality in industrial estates. In this study three methods based on Visual Tree Assessment were used, namely the Forest Health Monitoring (FHM) method according to USDA-FS (1999), mechanical damage assessment according to Gray and Daneke (1985), and the Tree Risk Assessment (TRA) method according to the International Society of Arboryculture / ISA (2013). Tree health assessment was carried out on 301 trees from 20 species that grew around Situ Cipule. The results showed that based on the FHM method, the number of healthy trees was 94.02% (283 stems), mild damage was 5.65% (17 stems), and moderate damage was 0.33% (1 stem). Observations using the Gray and Daneke method showed that mechanical damage to tree stands was 88.06% (rank 4 - very much). Types of mechanical damage to trees include incisions (54.17%), vandalism (19.44%), scratches (16.67%), and broken branches (9.72%). The results of the study with the Tree Risk Assessment method indicate that the risk of tree damage occurring in Situ Cipule is low. Based on the results of the assessment with these three methods, it can be concluded that the health conditions of the tree stands around Situ Cipule are considered feasible, however, it is necessary to continue to supervise, especially for some trees affected by mechanical damage. This VTA-based tree health assessment method should be used simultaneously, so that information on tree health levels of each method can complement each other, so that it is known as a whole starting from the causes to prevention and maintenance efforts. <p align="justify"> <br /> text
