<p align="justify">Resort procurement is needed to improve the quantity and quality of the inn in Geopark Caldera Lake Toba. The amazing potential of nature , the combination of Lake Toba, Samosir Island andhills surrounding the lake is the main potential that becomes the attraction of the resort. Through the Presidential Decree in 2014, the Government launch the development of tourism around Lake Toba so that the natural wealth in the area of Lake Toba can be maintained its sustainability. The project of this resort carries the value of the locality of the natural beauty of Lake Toba, and the Toba Batak Culture that lies behind the resort location. To achieve the success of design, siteplan design is needed to respond to the contours so that the scenery of Lake Toba and the mountains can be enjoyed optimally. Batak Toba culture was applied through the building design that departed from the Batak Toba House design on the modified villa to provide a comfortable residential atmosphere, while retaining the traditional Batak Toba design value The design of this four star resort is located on an area of 6 hectares consisting of 6 units of Villa Deluxe compound, 24 units of Villa Suite, and main building which also contains 34 units of hotel rooms. In addition to the lodging function, the resort also provides enang pool facilities, gym and spa. The design of the resort will be expected to increase the quantity and quality of accommodation facilities in the area of Lake Toba<p align="justify">
