The Endless Migration

Since the beginning of time, human’s life is never apart from journey and migration, even this element already seem to become an identity for human. It begins from nomadic primordial human’s life up to immigrants on modern era which some of them is capable to trigger polemic global scale. By the occurrence of those things, reflection and perception that emerge for the immigrants will be a lot of varieties, including the probability formation of other identity through immigrant status that they owned can be also happening. <br /> <br /> In this modern era, migration and journey seems to transform into digital virtual form. Besides immigration, there is also migration and journey through virtual world which the feelings are the same as physical migration that we can feel through virtual journey in virtual world, that it is also not rarely can cause people to feel like losing their own identity, because their identity always depicted unoriginal in the virtual world. <br /> <br /> With this artwork, there is the exploration about these both things and all idea and concept about journey and migration in personal or communal, that has abstracted to become formal forms embedded and collected through multimedia installation art.
