Summary:<p align="justify">The Information Tecnology (IT) tool can significantly assist SMEs by providing supplies to the infrastructure needs, providing the right people with the right information and the right time, and can provide more value to SMEs by enabling them to have integration with business partners as well as with divisions within their company. With the many advantages provided by Information Technology (IT), Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) seeks to adopt Information Technology (IT) to support their business. <br /> <br /> <br /> This research attempts to solve IT adoption problem by making the guideline appropriate to SME characteristics. The guidelines are built on the model developed by Ghobakhloo, the business activity reference model of the software development company and some of the processes, artifacts and techniques used in TOGAF. <br /> <br /> <br /> From the test results obtained that the guidelines produced already meet the needs of good guidance and the needs of SME and able to make adoption more directed and documented.<p align="justify">
