Currently the project is experiencing delays caused by several issues such as resource allocation problems. The project scheduling designed by company using Critical Path Method (CPM) has not taken into account the adequacy of resources. This study is aimed to design Landmark Residence apartment project scheduling using integrated Critical Path Method and Line of Balance (CPM/LOB). <br /> <br /> Integrated CPM/LOB is a project scheduling method that combines benefit from CPM and LOB. This method can be applied to projects that have repetitive activities such as highrise building and pipelines. In the integrated CPM/LOB method, project scheduling is done through four stages that is LOB calculations, activity duration calculation, specifying logical relationship between activities, and project scheduling using CPM. <br /> <br /> Project scheduling generates 3 project durations, that is using CPM without resource loading, CPM with resource leveling, and integrated CPM/LOB. Project scheduling using CPM without resource loading result 145 days. Project scheduling using CPM with resource leveling result 223 days. Project scheduling using integrated CPM/LOB result 189 days. Based on this study, project scheduling using integrated CPM/LOB generate faster duration rather than CPM with resource leveling. Other than that, project scheduling using integrated CPM/LOB calculate resources needed that can overcome overallocation. text |
