With this limited budget PSU-SG should do tendering process to buy the cheapest goods/services with acceptable quality. This study discuss the topic about Knowledge Management in PSU-SG in order to achieve effective and efficient procurement. This study use mix method research both qualitative and quantitative to assess KM Maturity Level in PSU-SG. Asian Productivity Organization (APO) maturity assessment approach and Nonaka's knowledge creation model research were used for finding KM Maturity level of KM initiatives. From interview and survey, researcher find some factors/parameters need to be improved. Based on this finding then the researcher make some recommendation to enhance further KM practices in PSU-SG. <br /> <br /> The study confirms that KM practices has been implemented in PSU-SG. However this practices has not been managed well and no evaluation is conducted routinly. To improve KM practices, the study suggested that Knowledge sharing practices need to be tied with KPI both for organizational level and personal level. Specific knowledge related to procurement service need to be defined as core competency that make PSU-SG stands out from other PSU. <br /> text
