<p align="justify">This thesis studied about the used of the slope on centre of the city, especially in Manado City using the land reinforcement approach. The purpose is exploring the rule of structure to the slope supported by the architecture principles to procure the architectural form all at once to solve landslide problem. Landform was used as base object of form design exploration to delved functional and form compatibilities by identification land data like the angle of slope, land area, climate, based form, human movement pattern, adapted with architectural parameters like the aesthetic principal, to produce alternative design of Business Hotel. This design is beginning with the idea of slope using and tackling efficiency, theory studies to slope, and the analysis to determined the criteria as an architecture conceptual than extended to <br /> <br /> implementation to experimental design. <br /> <br /> In this thesis, the design process comprises two phases, which is exploration and evaluation phases. The exploration phase studies two cases, analyze and synthesis. Analysis aims to process the slope data and comparing it with literature observation for produce the design criteria. Whereas in synthesis, variable of form, structure, material, function using design parameters, are combined to produce any form alternative. <br /> <br /> Evaluation phase was optimized design for formed the alternative decision that can use as base of design. In this phase was occurred the form transformation process. The alternative form of synthesis products are observer again for getting the schematic design of Hotel Business.<p align="justify">
