<p align="justify">Microsoft Headquarter has a role to accommodate people in Bandung who has skills in IT (Information and Technology). Moreover, Microsoft tries to get profit for the company. So, the building should be well-designed to increase the efficiency of space and employee's productivity for increasing company's profit. <br /> The project of Microsoft Headquarter is located in Business and Office region Block I3, Gedebage, Kelurahan Cisaranten Kidul, Kecamatan Rancasari, Bandung according to Pusat Primer Gedebage Master Plan. The site has a total area about +- 2 Ha, BCR (Building Coverage Area) 50%, and FAR (Floor Area Ratio) 4. This site has potencies but has a flood problem that needs to be noted. There are other issues in designing the office. They are energy efficiency and increasing performance of employees. The objective of this project is to design office and implement green building concept into it. The problems in this project are how to design site and work spaces by observing its users, and create circulation by observing its user's access, and reduce energy consumption by observing the site's location where is at tropical climate and by observing the result of sun analysis. Efficiency energy become problem to this office. So, green concept can answer this problem by using natural lighting, sun shading, green roof, rain water harvesting, and solar panel. Separating private zone and public zone is concept for the security of the office so the office can't be accessed by strangers. The concepts implemented on design are flexible. The rooms is designed for any activity or function. So, the design can increase interaction between the employees. The buildings that was designed have a total area 18,646.57 m2 and have varies number of floors which are four floors and five floors.<p align="justify">
