| Summary: | <p align = "justify">In an attempt to hasten land registration on Indonesia, the government utilizes non-government labor by ratifying constitutions in order to create licensed surveyor. In one of Act that regulates land registration, there are gaps that can be used to create new official as a mean to hasten land registration. The purpose of this thesis is to see if licensed surveyor could be on the same level as officials in land registration process. Analysis from references produces conclusion that a new official could be created without contradicting Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah as public official that handles juridical aspect of land registration. The new official will be named as Pejabat Pembuat Batas Tanah. With an authority to conduct boundary plot of lands and expertise on survey and mapping, licensed surveyor with similar expertise could become something on the level of official.<p align = "justify"> |
