The methodology used is a quantitative descriptive approach that is research that aims to explain the phenomenon of turnover and absent by using the numbers to identify problems that occur in PT. Pos Indonesian. The writer uses the method of distributing questionnaires of 76 pieces to employees of PT. Pos Indonesia and analyze using SPSS. After analyzing using SPSS, it can be found the factors that cause the turnover and absent that is the factor of supervisor and salary factor. The supervisor factor is in the average category and the salary factor is in the bad category. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Therefore the writer provide some recommendations for HRD PT. Pos Indonesia, among others filed a judicial review of the rules on salary in SOEs and conducted training with leadership topics. For salary solutions, the writer provide solutions so that salary issues are not brought into the realm of the constitution because it can harm PT. Pos Indonesia in terms of cost and <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> time. For the supervisor factor solution, the writer recommends that leadership training is divided into three programs, namely workshop, Focus Group Discussion and tutorial for the future HR employees of PT. Pos Indonesia can increase job satisfaction to supervisor. text
