The area of Great Kemang Street also has a lower elevation compared to the water elevation at it’s river, the Krukut River. This causes the water from the rainfall runoffs cannot flow into the river which means that the right flooding treatment for the area of Great Kemang Street is the polder system (non-gravitational). The polder system is a treatment system of city drainage by pumping the water from the area of service into the Krukut River.The polder system components for this final assignment includes the redesign of drainage channels, retention basin, and water pump. The area of the retention basin is 3.500 m2 with the depth of 4 m. The type of pump being used are 2 axial pumps, both of them with the capacity of 0,5 m3/s. The dimension of drainage channels which are being used to flow the rainfall runoffs to the retention basin are 1,5 x 1,5 m and 1 x 1 m. The dimension of inlet channels which connects the drainage channels to the retention basin are 2 x 2 m. The total amount of budget plan for Design of Water Pump System to Overcome Flooding at Great Kemang Street, South Jakarta are Rp. 75.500.000.000,00 (seventy five billion and five hundred million rupiahs) with duration of work of 44 weeks. <p align="justify"> text
