PT Value Stream International is one of information technology company which provide electronic payment services, providing electronic payments for electricity bills, mobile phone bills and many other electronic transactions. PT VSI founded in 2008, operated within 8 years, PT VSI has many challenges to compete with big players in the market. After 8 years being established, PT VSI growing with number of employees and revenue sales, however as the business becomes mature, the organization become more complex, need a business strategic plan to achieve the goals. PT VSI has challenges to improve the company performance and compete with others FinTech to sustain the business. The improvements of the company required external analysis and internal analysis to identify the gaps of performance compare to other FinTech companies. <br /> <br /> <br /> Although electronic transaction market very tough, innovation of technology, low tariff, satisfaction and easiness to the customer, the human capital still the key for the competition in the market. The challenge for the company are how to invest in the human capital, so that human resource investment can achieve the business needs and synchronizes with what the employee’s want, therefore employee’s engagement increases, and people in the organization can deliver their best for the company. <br /> <br /> <br /> This final project focuses on the analysis of the company performance and to find improvements factors required which can be prioritized the in the company to develop human capital step-by-step for the success to the company. Furthermore, the output will be recommendation and implementation plan as guidance for the company. Analysis of this research finds some factors which can be developed in the beginning of human capital development, therefore the plan in synch with employee’s needs and as per what employee’s expectation. The “roadmap” of human capital development can by synergizes with the company’s strategies to win the competition. <br /> <br /> <br /> This final project also identified the potential solution to increase the employee’s engagement which can be implemented in the short term as quick wins, medium term, and long term. However, the commitment of the management is very important to achieve human resource development program for the entire success of the company. text |
