Summary:<p align="justify">Jeidenar Twin Tower Pekanbaru, Riau is a building consists of 2 towers with 15 floors and 2 floors of basement for residentials (apartments), gymnastic, retails, and groceries. This project is implemented in the middle city of Pekanbaru, near the Siak River, Riau Province. The structure of the Jeidenar Twin Tower is estimated to have a height of 63 meters with an upper building area of 21184 m2 and a land area of 7936 m2. The ground data on this Jeidenar Twin Tower project causes the structure will have to be able to withstand earthquake loads. In this structure we will use concrete reinforcement material for each structural element ie plate, beam, column, and special structural wall (shearwall). The structural system used is Dual System with Special Moment Frame (SRPMK) and Special Structural Wall System (SDSK). Jeidenar Twin Tower Pekanbaru, Riau is designed and structural analized using the Respons Spectra Analysis based on SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1727-2013, PPIG, and SNI 2847-2013. Several softwares which are used to help doing the analysis are CSI AutoCAD 2017, CSI ETABS 2016, CSI SAFE, PCACol, SPCol, and Ms. Excel 2016.<p align="justify">
