In order for the construction of the 10-storey apartment building to go smoothly, a good construction engineering management plan is needed. Construction engineering management planning in this project includes quality management by management of construction methods and costs through estimated construction cost. <br />

The management method of construction implementation aims to choose the best construction method, in terms of suitability of the method with the field conditions as well as the ease of implementation. Besides that, in relation to construction engineering management, the selection of construction methods must also pay attention to the duration and costs required. Thus, it is hoped that the best construction method is chosen for the construction of the 10-storey apartment building in South Jakarta. <br />

Furthermore, at the estimated cost of construction, a calculation of the costs required for the construction of this 10-storey apartment building is carried out. The estimated cost of construction is carried out by the resource enumeration and conceptual estimate method, and also by referring to other sources such as Permen PUPR No. 28 Year 2016 on the Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP). The unit price of the material and equipment used is based on the market unit prices in the province of DKI Jakarta. It is hoped that the resulting budget design (RAB) construction is sufficiently accurate.<p align="justify"> <br />
