According to Presidential Decree Number 2 of 2015 concerning the Medium Term Development Plan, WSP for consumer falls within the health sectors’ mandate. The most influencial factors to public health is direct or indirect water contamination shown by Coliform contamination in water supply and household water storage as the critical points. The goals of this study is to prove that water quality monitoring of non PDAM important to be done and to shows that efforts to maintain the quality of water can be done through WSP consumer. Non PDAM water supply system of Serang municipality based on definition of water access measures by wells, boreholes and rainwater harvesting sites. Results of sanitary inspection survey on drinking water supply showed a significant correlation between water quality parameters Coliform conducted by Most Probable Number (MPN) methods. Coliform test results on drinking water supply also showed a significant correlation between H2S Coliform testing on a household water storage. The results shows that the sanitary inspection and Coliform test with H2S method can be use for the application of WSP consumer.<p align ="justify"> text
