Summary: |
Amazonia Tower located on Jalan Raya Cakung Cilincing KM 05, Jakarta Garden City, Jakarta Timur. Rainwater management system design for Amazonia Tower is according to green infrastructure principle and has a goal of fulfilling water demands and reducing the amount of runoff that is discharged outside the area. The design of the rainwater management system consists of rainwater harvesting system and bioretention. The scope of design includes layout, geometry, construction method, and feasibility analysis with a comparation with conventional drainage system design.

The design of rainwater harvesting system uses a water tank with a capacity of 50 m3 and a size of 5 x 5 x 2 m. The cost required for construction is Rp115.257.187. The design of bioretention resulting an area of 2000 m2 and 1.15 m depth. The cost required for construction is Rp806.867.855. The design of conventional drainage system design uses three types of channel cross section and costs Rp1.119.041.571,00.

According to the result of economical feasibility, the operation of rainwater harvesting system with an Initial Rate of Return of 12% obtains breakevent point on 9.75 years after the start of operation.
|
