This research conducted due to TJM Indonesia does not have a system to manage and monitor its performance, which caused the company having trouble to identify what should be improved to increase the services quality. <br />
<br />
Using the Root Cause Analysis, the result shows that the absence of standardization of the performance management system has causing the performance of the company cannot clearly evaluate and based on the subjectivity of the manager. The result from internal and external environment analysis shows that the company has a potential to grow. There is an enormous size of the market to grab based on the fact lot of logistic, plantation, and mining company in Indonesia. <br />
<br />
The result of this research produces a performance management system based on four perspectives of Balanced Scorecard (BSC). The system consists of the strategy map, strategy objectives, KPI, target, and initiative that can be used to evaluate company performance. <br />
