Hence, it is necessary to design the airside facility of Rendani Airport in Manokwari for a design life of 20 years. <br /> <br /> The purpose of this final assignment is to design the airside facility of Rendani Airport which includes the runway, taxiway, and apron, drainage system, and soil improvement of the airside facility. <br /> <br /> From the analysis result, it can be concluded that the length of the runway is 2.000 metres and 45 metres in width. The width of the taxiway is 18 metres and the fillet radius is 15 metres. For apron, the dimensions are designed based on Boeing 737-900 ER. Runway and taxiway pavements are flexible pavements with thickness of 51 centimetres. The apron pavement is rigid pavement with thickness of 70 centimetres. The drainage system is open drainage system with diametres of pipes ranging from 12 to 48 inches. Soil improvement is done through soil embankments with heights of 6-7 metres and PVD installment with triangular patterns and PVD distances of 1 metre.<p align="justify"> text |
