Summary:Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom (YPT) in supporting education in Indonesia to create the best human resources by establishing its own schools from kindergarten until university to help building the nation civilization. Because Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom (YPT) is under the PT Telkom group, the performance measurement is conducted by PT Telkom. Based on the Entropy Survey, there are some findings which are the engagement score is below the target or not yet reaching the target (approximately 70 from 73), and the satisfaction score is above the engagement score. This research aims to find out what elements that can be hinder the engagement score to be low. This research is using questionnaire to 62 respondents at YPT and analyzed using descriptive analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) result, there are 2 instruments on Quadrant I that needed attention and improvement immediately, such as recognition and opinions count. The solution to increase the recognition level and opinions level such as peer to peer evaluation, employee of the month, rewards of the best department, employee recognition program, 360-degree feedback, and role play.
