Summary:<p align="justify"> Geothecnic aspect is one of the most important aspect in building construction. A lot of high rise building being constructed in order to increase the land use efficiency. One of the building is Kantor Sewa Gading Serpong located at Central Bussiness District in Gading Serpong. This building consists of 21 stories. Therefore, this building’s foundation and retaining wall should be designed according to the standard in Indonesia. Not only, the foundation and retaining wall should be able to withstand the load, but also the cost should be as efficient as possible. In this Final Project, the foundation and retaining wall will be design base on those criteria. <br /> <br /> This building consist of 16 stories of tower, 3 stories of podium, and 4 stories of basement with 12,25 meters depth. The type of retaining that will be use is diaphragm wall and the foundation will be bore pile. In designing the diaphragm wall, PLAXIS 2D software will be use for modelling and calculate the depth of penetration of the wall. In order to reinforce the wall, ground anchor will be installed in several layer of the wall <br /> <br /> There are several steps in designing foundation. First, the bearing capacity of single pile for lateral and axial load will be calculated. After that, the configuration of the pile should be modelled by GROUP software. This modelling will be iterative because we want to discover the most efficient design for the foundation. In this case will be use pile-raft foundation because the space between the column is not possible to design using the usual pile cap. After all the configuration finish, designing the reinforcement for the foundation will be the last step. <p align="justify"> <br />
