Summary:Three Stars Business Hotel has many facilities such as a café, restaurant, fitness center, meeting room, and etc. Every activity in this building need the clean water. Meeting the demands of clean water in supporting the activities will affect the effectiveness of the activity. Therefore, there needs to a clean water plumbing design which complies with the requirements specified. The building takes the water from PDAM, Rainwater Harvesting (RH), and greywater reuse. The system that is used in the distribution is gravity system. The system is divided into three, water supply system of non-flushing, flushing water, and water for the fire system. The system used in the distribution of clean water is gravity. The end goal of Three Stars Business Hotel water plumbing system design are the pipe dimensions that is obtained by considering some variables so the water can flow into each plumbing units. The water collected in the ground tank and then pumped to the roof tank to be distributed to each plumbing unit. Each system uses a separate tank consisting of a rainwater tank, ground tank with PDAM source, and roof tanks that will distribute the water by gravity to the plumbing units. The design of water plumbing systems also includes fire protective systems in buildings. They are the sprinkler system and fire hydrant. Determination of the number, dimensions, technical specifications, sprinkler and hydrant placement are determined by SNI and other relevant rules.
