This is closely related to how the government's strategy in conducting area management and implementing strategies in providing information to affected communities. If not accurate, then what will happen is the rejection made by the community, even the demands that will take a relatively short time so that the potential to cause conflicts of interest in it. <br />

The context of public policy, the conflict is closely related to the policy execution process that is not always in accordance with the agreed plan. This could happen to parties involved of the process both intra and between parties. Therefore, the roles and functions between actors need to be identified in accordance with the interests of a particular policy. In Kiaracondong's revitalization policy, conflicts are a sure thing to happen, as some of the agendas carried out are the controlling of society with the conditions of relocation and demands for the continuation of the existence of the community at the site of curbing. <br />

This research tries to identify the chronology of conflict incident, causes of conflict, the actors involved in the conflict process, and some impacts of conflict that occurred in the process of revitalization policy of Kiaracondong Road area. This research was conducted by performing some analysis used in Fischer conflict analysis. <br />

In addition, this research uses qualitative analysis methods with the aim of identifying the above can be seen more clearly and universally so as not to strip off other important aspects. So the conclusion of the research conducted, is that the revitalization policy is part of the conceptualization that is carried out in the science of urban and regional planning, especially if correlated with policy implementation. As for the others, in the conflict, the attitude of some parties in responding to the conflict will be different according to their interests. This indicates that the conflict is a tool in determining a solution. <br />
