Summary:<p align="justify"> In big cities often have the problem of limited space or capacity for regionaldevelopment areas that can be maximally utilized. This problem becomes a separate problem for the development that can hamper the development of a city. Floor Coefficient Building is one of the government limits in tackling the construction of buildings in urban areas. This limitation is to overcome some factors for balancing environmental and social aspects. But on the other hand relating to the transportation of the rise and pull of the building is not seen well from the impact of KLB outbreak. Planning can be resolved before the construction of the building by looking at the problems that must dikululagi. Transportation aspect of high KLB value can be seen from the parameters of building and road. <br /> <br /> This study aims to determine the value of Building Floor Coefficient (KLB) which has been applied by adding the aspect of transportation, by looking at the performance of roads that are around the affected areas due to the activity of building designation. By using software tools VISSIM able to model the evaluation of KLB implementation with the existing condition of the performance of the segment on Building ANTAM Jalan Tb Simatupang resulting from the activity. The result of the analysis shows that there is a decrease of the performance of the segment around the building which is the average VCR value becomes 1.12 and the speed becomes 26 km / hour. <br /> <br /> Based on the results of modeling to create a road typology in accordance with the outbreak there are criteria and limitations in the set. Type of building activity in DKI Jakarta with road class 2/2 UD and position of building on street trying to see the value of outbreak that must use. In this modeling by applying the typology that set will result in KLB value that pay attention to transportation aspect. From the results of this study prove the Coefficient Floor Building has a strong influence on transportation that has not been implemented by the government at this time. <p align="justify">
