Senayan Park Lifestyle Center building consists of 4 story and 2 basement with total height of 20.8 meter and 8 meter depth of basement. The upper structure are design as two identical tower with their main material of the building is reinforced concrete. Senayan Park is located in the capital city of Indonesia, Jakarta. As Jakarta is identified as one of the city that is prone to earthquakes, therefore this building structure should be designed as Special Moment-Resisting Frame Structure as required by “Standar Nasional Indonesia” (SNI). <br /> <br /> <br /> This document only discuss, analyze, and design the main building of Senayan Park, and doesn’t consist of the small two story-building located behind of the main building. The output of this design document is the detailed engineering design drawing of the structural element; column, beam, and slab of this building and has to fulfill the requirement of the design. <br /> <br /> <br /> Dynamic Analysis and Design method of this thesis are referring to Indonesia’s standard, which are SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1727-2013, and SNI 2847-2013. ETABS 2016, PCA Column, and SAFE 2016 were used in this thesis to <br /> <br /> simplify the process of designing.
