Summary: | <p align="justify">The large number of offshore platform in Indonesia and the age more than operation, it is cause to study reliability of offshore platform. Fixed jacket is the large number type of platform that used in Indonesia, so that to reliability analysis to jacket is necessary. There are two type jacket for do reliability analysis, the first one is jacket with three leg and the second is jacket with 4 leg a both of jacket stay in same location, that is north west java. <br />

Reliability analysis in this research, use data of wave from SEAFINE, from these data the highest value of the wave that occurs every year is chosen. The highest wave value each year, statistical parameters and wave distribution will be obtained, so that distribution will be tested by Kolmogorov-Smirnov, obtained the most fit is normal distribution, so H100 can be calculated. <br />
<br />
The structure analyzed by pushover has also carried out inplace, seismic, and fatigue analysis. Reliability analysis that used in this research uses collapse performance, collapse analysis will get a value of base shear collapse which will form a performance function, performance function that use is g(H )=R-S, where R is resistance, R it was obtained from smallest base shear collapse in 12 degree of wave load for jacket type 3 leg, and for 4 leg use 8 degree of wave load. S is load, value of base shear from uncertaintyof wave by inplace analysis. <br />
<br />
Index of reliability (β) calculated by First Order Reliability Method II (FORM II), the value of index reliability (β) calculated by FORM II is 2.536 for jacket 3 leg, and index reliability of jacket 4 kaki (β) = 10,997. <br />
