PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja (TKR) is going to increase the capacity of several Water Treatment Plants (IPAM), one of them is IPAM Cikokol with a target of increased capacity of 300 Liter Per Second (LPS) to be distributed to Legok Subdistrict. The Cikokol IPAM capacity is 1275 LPS in 2018 will be increased to 1575 LPS. Currently, the service coverage with piped system in Legok Subdistrict is almost 0%. The projected population method chosen for the Legok Subdistrict is the Exponential Method. In development, the service level will be increased to 40% in the first period and up to 70% in the second period for Legok District, so that the first period of drinking water needs is 140 LPS and the second period is 300 LPS. Based on the comparison of the quality of raw water with the quality standard in the Regulation of the Minister of Health (Permenkes) 492 of 2010, the parameters to be set aside are faecal coli, total coliform, turbidity, iron, lead, and detergent. IPAM Cikokol uprating plan begin with the evaluation of the existing condition of IPAM Cikokol with simulated capacity of 1575 LPS. Based on the evaluation, it is known that the coagulation, flocculation, and sedimentation units still meet the design criteria. While the filtration and reservoir units do not meet the design criteria. Therefore, additional filtration and reservoir units are required.
