In West Java, particularly in the Pangandaran area there are 1400 households who still depend on fishing and fisheries business. In Pangandaran, there are cooperatives monitoring and monitoring the marine fisheries business process. <br /> <br /> <br /> Minasari Cooperative is a cooperative that acts as an institution that supports and facilitates all the activities of fishermen and baskets to ensure their welfare. However, with production growth every year Pangandaran still can’t independently to doing marine export and compete in the international market. In fact, with a high margin than the domestic market could affect the welfare of business players, especially members of cooperatives (baskets and fishermen). By conducting research and analyzing problems using internal and external analysis of Productivity Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, Canvas Business Model, Market Analysis, PESTEL, Stakeholder Analysis can be concluded that the state of the industry has enormous potential but there are many information gaps and limitations of knowledge and ability. <br /> <br /> <br /> With the results obtained from internal and external analysis it is known to be solved with the Inclusive Business Model solution. The Inclusive Business Model is a strategy built to help low-income people by placing them together to collaborate with several relevant stakeholders to make quick profits with greater revenue, innovation and build a good supply chain. <br /> <br /> <br /> Lack of information related to information about international markets, how to get funding, training related to regulation and legalization when exporting, facilities and infrastructure especially in transportation and storage of goods, procedures in every activity related to product handling and marketing strategy that must be developed in the future.
