Summary: | A tourism destination should be managed and developed as good as possible since the tourism sector has a huge potential to build up the country. Tourism destination development program and concept could be formulated by every parties in every levels as well. In Indonesia, The Ministry of Tourism, along with RIPPARNAS (Main National Tourism Development Plan), brought the policy to establish 88 tourism destination as a National Tourism Strategic Region (KSPN), and 15 of them were development priority which equipped with Destination Management Organization (DMO) concept. DMO was a concept that Indonesian Ministry of Tourism adopted straight from the UNWTO, and implemented the concept right away. The DMO concept was one of the right concept to develop the tourism destination as there were so many stakeholders involved with every following complexity. Therefore, this study intend to identified everything that every stakeholders did to build one of the 15 main destination priority in Indonesia, which is Kota Tua Jakarta.The data round-up was using the interview method and secondary data collecting, and then for the analysis was applying the content analysis method and stakeholder mapping. <br />

First of all, in this research, all policy, program, and every single thing that the stakeholders that involved in the Kota Tua DMO Program did required to be revealed. Then, this study will analyze the content that researcher found from every stakeholders, to make a group consists of those activities. The group will be divided by the main tourism element, the 3A (Attraction, Amenity, and Accesibility). The last thing to do, after the grouping done, the stakeholder mapping needed with the mapping criteria as a tools. <br />

This study was expected to find 3 outpts. First, the list of all stakeholders that have their act in Kota Tua DMO Program. Second, all the stakeholder’s policies and activities that related to fulfill the 3A aspect. Third, a mapping of all stakeholders to see the stage of every stakeholder in Kota Tua DMO Program. <br />
