Summary:<p align="justify">Mopah Airport is one of the facilities whereby aircrafts can take-off and land in the region of Merauke District. Mopah Airport Passenger Terminal will be planned to have an area of 40,800 m2 and capable of serving 2,180 passengers during peak hours. This final assignment will provide discussion regarding the planning and implementation of Mopah Airport. The objectives of this thesis are to design site plan, construction method, bill of quantity, and construction cost estimation. This includes preparation, soil and foundation, upper structural works, airside infrastructure and drainage system. Site plan will be divided into 2 areas: the terminal side and the air side. Quantification of work volume is calculated by a combination of conceptual and detailed cost estimation methods so that the total estimated construction cost of Mopah Airport, Merauke is Rp1.337.685.179.671, with taking into the risk of Rp338Million.<p align="justify">
