<p align="justify">Digital Era has disrupted music industry business process. Music digitalization enhanced the number of piracy and absorbed 95% of Indonesia music consumption at 2004 and incurred Rp 7T annual cost. Music digitalization in streaming form that penetrated Indonesia in 2016 succeeded in plummeting the piracy, but brought us a new problem. Streaming did not have a great profitability and became a customer reason to stop buying music. In other point of view, streaming is considered as marketing media to profit from live music sector. BEKRAF has not created a solid regulation on how to handle streaming industry. This different point of views need a holistic solution that can maximize the profit of every stakeholder in the industry. The writer uses System Dynamics methodology to simulate the music consumption and conversion in Indonesia music industry. <br /> <br /> Many policy was designed and simulated to achieve BEKRAF’s 7% annual growth target. Monthly subscription pricing at Rp 37.500 per month, catalogue leveling in 100% level, free and premium catalogue differentiation which free user can only listen to 50% of the catalogue, and piracy control enhancement became a solution in this problem which can increase the cummulative annual growth to 7.4% <p align="justify"> <br />
