The case study for this matter is PT Limas Raga Inti, as one of the biggest LPG distributor company in Indonesia. PT Limas Raga Inti only operates in Bandung city. The author founds that in PT Limas Raga Inti there is a problem of undetected transfer payment. This business issue creates opportunity loss and bottleneck in the company. The aim of this research are to give solution for the business issue that faced by the company and speed up the business process. <br /> <br /> The analysis in this final project was done by using two methods, customer value chain analysis and business process simulation. This final project used customer value chain analysis (CVCA) to find the flow of information regarding the transaction payment from the customer to the company. Business process simulation is useful to find the numerical data of current situation of the process that is possible to be improved. This final project was using iGrafx software to simulate the business process. <br /> <br /> This final project proposed three possible solutions to solve the issue with different level of implementation difficulty. The author compared this solution with the current situation simulation result. The targets for the alternative solutions are to eliminate the undetected transfer payment cases and to increase the company sales number. The result of the simulation is that we can eliminate some process by implementing some information technology system to speed up the whole process. <br /> <br /> The conclusion of this final project is PT Limas Raga Inti main objective was to solve the issue of undetected payment issue first. After they solved the issue then they can explore another solution that can bring more benefit for the company. So they choose the fastest to implement option as the short-term solution while they also consider the most advance solution for long-term. <br /> text
