Siemens Indonesia - Healthineers focuses on the distribution of radiology and laboratory equipment from Siemens Healthcare AG’s factory located in Germany to consumers in Indonesia. Currently, many project completions are delayed. This is due to the absence of a good project monitoring system in the company. PT. Siemens Indonesia - Healthineers needs a system that can assist project monitoring activity. <br /> <br /> This research discusses the project monitoring solution with dashboard application design. The design consists of 4 (four) stages: (1) identification of requirements, (2) dashboard operation flow design, (3) various auxiliary pages design, and (4) dashboard design. The design process of dashboard application is done by using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology. <br /> <br /> The result of the design is a dashboard aplication prototype with the help of Microsoft Excel software. Furthermore, the prototype was developed into a real dashboard application to be implemented in the company. This dashboard application contains various attributes, such as project identity, checkpoint, status, performance value, estimated completion time, and obstacles during project work which are expected to help the Head of Order Execution and project management <br /> <br /> staff in doing monitoring and anticipating not achieving the target cycle time of project completion. text |
