<p align="justify">Leisure Park is designed to answer the needs of the urban people to escape their hectic lifestyle. This ecotourism area is developed by the minds behind “Dusun Bambu” under the basis of sustainable environment and the importance of sustaining the environment through educational and recreational facilities. These ideas are applied by allocating 80% of the area for conservation purposes and the other 20% of the area for developing the ecotourism. This ecotourism facilitates varieties of the beautiful nature of Situ Cileunca through agro-tourism, culinary-tourism, and resorts. Although Leisure Park’s development still implement the ideas of bamboo conservation, but this time it is not only done through the cultivation of bamboos but also through educating the public about the importance of the environment through architectural aspects. Where the main material used for the construction stage is a sustainable material, which in this case is bamboo. This ecotourism area faces heavy challenges from many different aspects. Apart from the already harsh competition in the tourism world, the location of Leisure Park is also far from the urban areas. Therefore, bamboo exploration in this ecotourism area is an advantage and an icon, which will be the defining factor for attracting tourists. The bamboo exploration concept titled "Reflecting Nature Through Bamboo", is based on the natural characteristics and properties of Situ Cileunca, which is very well-known by the beauty of its nature.<p align="justify">
