INCREASING INVENTORY DATA ACCURACY AT ATT STORE

Att Store (Not the real name) is is one of the largest Islamic bookstore that have most complete books in region 3 west java (Cirebon, Indramayu, Majalengka, and Kuningan). Att store is faced with a situation of deciding what the cause of inaccuracy inventory data. To show there are difference in the actual vs book record inventory, stock opname taken at the end of 2017. From the result of stock opname 2017 versus the amount inventory difference multiplied by price is 13,32% based on amount of money. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Concept that used in this paper such as inventory management, financial statement along with ratio analysis, and accounting information system. In the business process sales analysis found that there is no software in this store that helps support the accuracy of inventory, recording all still recorded in the inventory book. From the root cause analysis that is found the causes because ineffective business process and no software to help this process and no point of sale software to accurately record inventory out from the store. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Along with the development of this paper, the information system will create based on business process consisting of the sales process and purchasing process that already improved and Data Flow Diagram and flowchart of this store.To make correct quantity between record and actual quantity, the author business solution is proposed to make new business process on warehouse, and computer-based information system. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The implementation of new business processes and the use of software for six months result is an increase in the accuracy of the stock opname at att store the current difference is only 1.976%, <br />
