<p align="justify">Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bandung (POLMAN Bandung) is a vocational education institution that aims to support the development of industrial human resources in Indonesia. POLMAN provides educational services for students and training services for industry in general. To maintain its high reputation, POLMAN Bandung focuses on customer satisfaction. Customers of education services of POLMAN Bandung consist of industry and business who employ POLMAN graduates as well as students who receive POLMAN education services. Currently, POLMAN Bandung has been certified for ISO 9001:2008. However, ISO published the revision to ISO 9001:2015. ISO 9001:2015 has some improvement for example changes in quality management, business environment, customer key, and so on. POLMAN Bandung needs to make improvements to the quality management system that can provide satisfaction to customers, both from the business and the industry and to compete with competitors which are other polytechnics that located around POLMAN. To prepare the organization in fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, data processing is done by analyzing clauses between activities and documents of the organization against the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015. Results of data processing shows that POLMAN Bandung should make improvements in business processes and there are 10 clauses that haven’t meet the criteria for ISO 9001:2015 requirement. Adjustments are made to business processes and to these 10 clauses to assist POLMAN Bandung in the process of ISO 9001: 2015 certification.<p align="justify">
