Many of the impacts that can be caused by congestion, among others, cause respiratory diseases and in economic terms can hamper the mobility of moving goods from one place to another. Urban Traffic Management is a system of controlling the duration of traffic lights in urban areas based on data on the number of vehicles obtained from video that aims to reduce congestion. The control system is integrated on an urban scale so that the system not only diverts traffic but solves the problem thoroughly. In this final project will be controlling the vehicle that runs on Ir.H.Djuanda road. This control system has several features that process vehicle video data, predict traffic conditions, perform traffic engineering controls, and display the results of the recommended control of long traffic lights and queue lengths on the embedded system. The embedded system consists of 2 traffic lights with 4 traffic signs on each segment and 4 LCD displays. The result of this final project is to use Urban Traffic Management, congestion can be reduced by 15 to 30 percent and can break down the congestion that happened on Ir.H.Djuanda road. The traffic light duration setting can also be integrated with image processing and embedded systems. <p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> text
