The vaccine products are necessary to have an integrated facility to be able to perform some products testing. Integrated facilities become one of company’s main factors in vaccine process from the manufacturing process up to the storage period. As the animal laboratory supporting facility for some product testing using animal laboratory. To solve business problems used the conceptual framework of ISO 31000: 2009 concerning the risk management process. This process consists of risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk mitigation. To identify risks, several methods are used, such as: SWOT analysis and Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Analysis of risk measurement is used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).
The analysis shows that operational risk is the highest risk with eigen weight of 0.222 and there are 8 risk factors such as the durability of tool / machine facilities, technological development, system vulnerability, dependency on the vendors, delays in delivery of laboratory test animals, the physical conditions of the animals, degree of suspectibility, and mistreatment from lab test animals.
