Proposed Performance Management for PT. Kreasi Edulab Indonesia Using Integrated Performance Management System (IPMS)

PT. Kreasi Edulab Indonesia is a company focusing on education service. Edulab is one of PT. Kreasi Edulab Indonesia sub business unit that provides consulting and tutorial service for the student to the student especially for senior high school student. Edulab has a vision to be the largest and best education consultant in Indonesia that provides personal service to achieve a good quality of educational future. <br /> <br /> Currently there are several business issue that Edulab facing, those are the target of Edulab is not fulfilled and the second is the lack of educator. From the analysis that has been conducted, the author found that the root cause of the business issue is the lack of performance management system. The internal and external analysis is conducted in order to find the current condition of Edulab <br /> <br /> The business solution that proposing new performance management system using integrated performance management system. The Integrated Performance Management system approach has three perspective, which is organizational output, internal process and resources availability. In the Integrated Performance Management System there are four stage in this methodology those are foundation, basic information, design and implementation. This solution will helps the company to achieve company’s vision and for sustainability growth. <br /> <br /> The research has resulted 19 key performance indicators which are derived from division’s proposed strategies and represent the core business process Edulab. Variable linkage analysis is also conducted to check the relation between indicators in each perspective and competitor benchmarking to optimize the improvement by learning from other competitor. <br /> <br /> Furthermore, the company is also suggested to follow the implementation plan of IPMS to achieve a better improvement. A gap analysis between before and after IPMS implementation is conducted based on KPI design, 4 principles and 5 rules of performance management system. <br />
