Summary: |
This study aims to provide recommendation alternatives of drinking water supply system based on the selection of the best system and feasibility of investment. Analysis result of alternative systems shows that system 3 has the best technical and financial feasibility. This system uses Cisangkuy River, Ciwidey River, and Cilaki River as raw water source with total capacity 1,800 litres/second with total investment needed is Rp. 700,472,059,980,00. This system costs Rp.111,00/m3 for human resources, Rp. 15,00/m3 for energy, Rp. 169,00/m3 for chemicals, and 704,00/m3 for maintenance with total income until the end of planning period is Rp. 5,446,348,353,891,00. Development of water supply system in South Bandung area will be funded through”Penyertaan Modal Pemerintah” program, raw water unit will be funded by APBN through Directorate General of Water Resources, 80% of production unit will be funded by APBN through Directorate General of Human Settlements, and 60% of main distribution network will be funded by APBD. This financing scheme obtained production cost/water price Rp. 2,796,00/m3 and financially feasible with NPV Rp. 1,371,256,852,298,00, BCR ratio of 2.563, FIRR > 50%, and BEP in 3 years. The result of sensitivity analysis shows that this system is still feasible with the risk of 10% increase in operating and capital costs, also 10% decrease in revenue.
|
