It employs human resources as the main commodity instead of natural resoures. This significant change of resources challenges the needs of a large number of skillful people in order to advancing the industry. Therefore, government and/or private institutions have to provide more higher educational institutions that supporting creative design development. The education provided is not only for millenial, but for people of all ages desire in creative industry as well. Henceforth, as a way to encounter the issue, Fakultas Seni Rupa dan Desain (FSRD) Maranatha is an alternate solution; it is designed to accomodate spaces for collaborative work as well as stimulate the creative design thinking of the users. FSRD Maranatha is an art and design based of educational institutions, located in the region of Kota Baru Parahyangan. There are two main issues in the design process; users and context. The former is related to how to enhance the users creative thinking through design, as well as how to create a space for collaboration among users. The later discusses about building and its site responding to the surrounding regarding energy savings and green design. The main purpose of the design is to encourage people, especially students, to build a creative thinking design and to build a sense of togetherness in creating a creative design. Thus, the concept of ‘stimulative architecture’ is applied to answer issues mentioned above. This concept contains a strategic design of solving problems regarding the seek of creativity through space and architecture.<p align="justify"> text
