Summary:The technology development is changing faster and it affect KompasGramedia performance by the declining profit gained. To survive, Kompas Gramedia launched digital transformation strategy which in the implementation, this strategy required different competences of human capital. Traditional training is not effective and high impact to increase the employee competences. Therefore, in facing this business situation Kompas Gramedia has to do an innovative breakthrough. One of the breakthroughs made is transforming the learning center into a corporate university <br /> <br /> Develop organization design of Kompas Gramedia Corporate University and how the implementation plan is the research aim. The source of data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were taken by interview, forum group discussion and questioner. Secondary data were taken from company documents. Slovin formula was used to determine the number of respondents. To develop the organization design, this research used five milestone organization design process as framework. <br /> <br /> The result of this research show that showed the position of Kompas Gramedia in digital transformation was not ideal because it still in the fashionistas quadrant. According to six designs driver’s analysis and current structure, researcher proposed combination between functional and product was for building block. The product corporate university represent corporate functional unit and the business unit. The structure proposed consist of five layers. They are president, vice rector, head of center and dean of academy, department manager and staff. <br />
