Description
Summary:
End of December 2016 reported limitation on the number of vehicles passing through the Cisomang bridge located on the Cipularang toll road KM 100, which causes the buildup of vehicles and congestion prolonged. This is due to damage to the structure of the bridge Cisomang shift pier bridge that causes damage in the form of cracks, structural object shifts, and deformation. To overcome the problem, bridge repair is done, one of which is the monitoring of the bridge, to know the condition of the bridge during the repair. One form of monitoring of Cisomang bridge repair is using Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS) method as a meticulous analysis of bridge structure. The TLS data acquisition was conducted over three days using TLS Topcon GLS 2000 consisting of 55 data scans of 361,183,804 point clouds. TLS data processing is done on MAPTEK i-site software, which includes registration between target, filtering, georeference, and meshing. The data processing resulted in a three dimensional model of the Cisomang bridge used as documentation of the bridge struc- ture object and detected deformation as a consideration for the decision maker. The quality of data generated from the registration process of point clouds data is 0.02 m. There are several problems, namely the lack of point clouds that overlap between the bridge body and the bottom of the bridge and the number of objects that cover the surface of the bridge at the time of data acquisition. To know the truth of TLS size compared with monitoring result result using ETS method. From the TLS measurement, we got the comparison of size with As Built Drawing (ABD) in 2005, for example the greatest movement occurred between P2A and P3A pier of 69.4 cm and rotation of 0 ° 53'23 'on east side of P2A pier .
