<p align="justify">The increasing of urbanization in peri urban area impacts to space utilization. The imprecision in urban land use will affect the unconformity of land use. Urban growth has an impact to generate the population in performing their daily activities which result municipal solid waste (MSW) from both domestic and non- domestic sector. TPA Jatiwaringin in Tangerang Regency is currently processing its MSW by using an open dumping system as its disposal processing. This open dumping system will certainly affect the environmental conditions, from air pollution, water pollution and can be a source of another disease. The stages of research starts from assessing the waste transport service to landfill and get the result 57,89%, the next step is to predict the life of the landfill serviceability and the result gets TPA Jatiwaringin can still operate until 2020, third stage is landfill evaluation to see the risks of landfill activity using 27 attributes in ARRPET, and get the result 609 of its accumulative score and it concludes the landfill should be closed. The final analysis is suitability analysis of the spatial area around the landfill viewed of existing land use and land use planning based on technical direction of Law of Public Ministry No. 19 of 2012. The results of this analysis, it can be seen that both existing conditions and land use planning in the around landfill area with a radius of 500 meters found there is an unconformity land use planning, regarding the arrangement of space in the area around the landfill. This finding may be a reference to the preparation of a detailed plan of the District Sukadiri where landfill Jatiwaringin is located.<p align="justify">
