The target of acceleration of measurement and mapping of land parcels was made to increase the amount of land registered annually. The government is targeting the registration of all land parcels by 2025 (Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang, 2017). Current land measurement and mapping tends to be expensive, time-consuming, and inflexible, hindering the achievement of a comprehensive land registration target. Therefore, there is a need for a procedure so that the measurement and mapping of plots can be done quickly, thoroughly and cheaply. The solution procedure is through the implementation of the Fit-For-Purpose Land Administration (FFP-LA) as it provides a flexible and inexpensive land registration procedure in a shorter time. FFP-LA is a land administration approach with the application of spatial, legal, and institutional frameworks to provide ownership assurances for all (Enermak et al., 2016). FFP-LA is expected to guarantee a comprehensive land registration with due regard to spatial accuracy in measurement and mapping, law, legislation, and related institutions in the implementation of FFP-LA in Indonesia. Data were obtained directly through observations or field activities during simulation of participatory mapping and interviews with related institutions in implementing FFP-LA in Indonesia. Then secondary data, namely supporting data sourced from books, journals, articles research reports, official site, official news, or laws and regulations. The results of the study and analysis were used to make conclusions and suggestions resulting in recommendations to the government regarding the implementation of the FFP-LA in Indonesia.<p align="justify"> text
