The three transport quantities is being calculated through Boltzmann <br /> <br /> Transport Theory using two assumption, linearisation of perturbation, and the relaxation time approximation (RTA). Investigation of transport properties is being made for Dirac materials, which is a new material classification, notably for its unique effective carrier behaviour in the vicinity of Fermi energy, compared to the standard materials. Considering only the single band E > 0, for both case of Dirac materials, the gapless and gapped energy, the obtained ZT values can be higher than the reference semiconductor case, or even the maximum value of current <br /> <br /> thermoelectric materials which is about 1. In extreme cases, its value even become significantly large and non-saturating for α = 0.
