Summary: | <p align ="justify">Purbaleunyi Toll Road is a highway which connects DKI Jakarta and Bandung. The path along this highway passes through various kinds of morphology levels (hills and valleys) starting from Cikampek to Bandung so it makes this toll road has several bridges. Cisomang Bridge (one of the bridge’s names) is reported to be deformed due to the number of heavy cars that pass through it and the types rocks which are located under the bridge. The purpose of this final project/research is to know the deformation itself, speed and the direction of Cisomang Bridge movement. There are various methods used to monitor the bridge deformation. Through the times, there has been launched a new technology which can work on deformation monitoring named Robotic Total Station. Just like what the current total station does, the results obtained from RTS are angle and distance form that can be calculated to get local coordinate and also to measure the magnitude, velocity and direction of movement. Therefore, the research will focus on monitoring the deformation of Cisomang Bridge using RTS. Based on the research result, Cisomang Bridge movement reached 35,3 mm at one of the monitoring points. In addition, with the continuous monitoring using RTS, there were changes in the speed due to borepile works around Cisomang Bridge. From the direction and magnitude of relative displacement data, the result obtained was Cisomang Bridge vector movement.<p align ="justify"> |
